We're inspired by those who smile, yet who have nothing. And those who do more and more, with less and less.

We've seen the potential in the world's most rural villages—from nomads, families, chiefs, farmers, and musicians, to fishermen, hunters, and dancers—whose wisdom, spirit, and endurance can bring vision and purpose to today's boardrooms.

From villages to boardrooms and back, we believe in a virtuous cycle of support for businesses everywhere.

You can help. We design pendants that fight poverty, build prosperity and strengthen purpose. When you purchase our products, you close the loop on something bigger.

Here's how it works:

Artisans are hand-selected from around the globe to design memorable, versatile V2B World jewelry for you. Conceptualized with a tribal spirit and born from a love of natural thinking, each piece showcases its own view on the world's duality through interpreting "V2B" as art.

When you purchase our pendants, proceeds are provided to established micro loan teams who have vetted lenders. Over designated lengths of time, the lenders repay. Contributions may then be re-lended to the lending pool to support other small business owners.

What do the designs mean?

Our logo and each pendant contain symbols of the characters V2B, an acronym in English for Villages to Boardrooms. Designers have each conceptualized two worlds of people connected together equally.

Similar to hieroglyphs or petroglyphs, icons or seals, our logo uses thick lines and simple space to represent 50/50 "village" and "boardroom" halves.

The sphere—a representation across many societies for wholeness, equality, and cycles—reminds us to return full circle, to support each other in business development.

When you see a Villages to Boardrooms brand, think one ecosystem. One world—one story.
